cancellation policy
cancelling appointments:
if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, no worries! please give us at least 48 hours before your appointment notice. if we do not receive sufficient notice, 50% payment of the missed appointment will be required to re-book with us again.
we may request pre-payment or a credit card on file to book any future services.
return policy
All boutique purchases are
final sale.
We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with any service we have provided, we will gladly correct the service at no charge.
we must be made aware of any dissatisfaction within 3 days post-appointment to be able to accommodate a complementary correction.
parking
Please allow sufficient time for traffic and parking.
we ask that you arrive at your appointment on time as we can only accommodate late appointments up to 15 mins (depending on the appointment).
You can find parking at the back of Home Hardware Garden Centre on James White Blvrd or behind La Boutique next to Fish on Fifth Restaurant.
