If you need to change or cancel your appointment, no worries!
Just give us at least 48 hours notice prior to the appointment.
If we do not receive full notice, 50% of your missed service price will be required.
We may request that a deposit is paid or for credit card information prior to any future services.
In light of the most recent announcement from BC Health Authority (March 2022), we are still strongly suggesting clients continue to wear masks for all services. It is up to each individual to choose what is most comfortable for them.
If you are shopping in our boutique, you are welcome to remove your mask.
Our team members will continue wearing masks during all services to respect those concerned with the lifted mask mandate.

punctuality & parking
Please allow sufficient time for traffic and parking.
we ask that you arrive at your appointment on time as we can only accommodate late appointments up to 15 mins (depending on the appointment).
You can find parking at the back of Home Hardware Garden Centre on James White Blvrd or behind La Boutique next to Fish on Fifth Restaurant.
All boutique purchases are final sale.
We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with any service we have provided, we will gladly correct the service at no charge. we must be made aware of any dissatisfaction within 3 days post-appointment to be able to accommodate a complementary correction.
